Refund and Cancellation Policy
Printing is made to the customer’s selected size, material and artwork. Cancellation and refund eligibility therefore depends on the production stage.Last updated: 22 September 2026Cancellation before production
Contact us immediately with the job ID if you need to cancel or change an order. If production has not begun and no non-recoverable work or material cost has been incurred, we will review the request and confirm any eligible refund or adjustment.
After production begins
Once artwork has been processed, material has been prepared or printing/finishing has begun, a custom order cannot normally be cancelled for a change of mind. Any approved deduction or refund will depend on the work and material already used.
Payment errors and duplicate payments
If your account is charged but the job does not show a successful payment, or if the same job is charged more than once, contact us with the job ID and Razorpay payment reference. We will verify the transaction and arrange the appropriate correction or refund.
Defective or incorrect output
Report a material defect, production error, damage or quantity mismatch within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Include the job ID, photographs and a description of the issue. After verification, we may provide an appropriate reprint, correction, partial refund or full refund for the affected item.
Items not eligible for refund
- Customer-approved spelling, design, size or content errors.
- Minor colour variation between screens, proofs, inks and print materials.
- Damage after pickup or delivery caused by storage, installation, weather or misuse.
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Refund method and timing
Approved online-payment refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time for the credit to appear depends on Razorpay, the bank and the payment method.
