1. Service provider

Banarwala.com is operated by Ghorpade & Sons Printing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean this business.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration and job information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Agent accounts may require approval and may be restricted if they are misused or if required information is incomplete.

3. Quotations and pricing

Base printing rates may be calculated by material, dimensions and quantity. Design, finishing, mounting, frame, delivery, taxes or special handling may cost extra. The amount displayed for a submitted job is the amount used to create the payment order unless a corrected quotation is agreed before production.

4. Artwork and customer responsibility

You must own or have permission to use every design, logo, image and text you submit. You are responsible for spelling, measurements, content and final artwork approval. We may reject unlawful, infringing, misleading or technically unsuitable content.

5. Production

Printing begins after the required payment, artwork and production details are available. Screen colours may differ slightly from printed output because devices, inks and materials reproduce colour differently. Reasonable production variation is not treated as a defect.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status and transaction references needed to match the payment to a job; we do not receive or store your complete card, bank or UPI credentials.

7. Cancellation, refunds and delivery

Custom-print cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Pickup and delivery arrangements are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a confirmed defective order is limited to an appropriate reprint, correction or refund for the affected job. We are not responsible for indirect loss caused by customer-supplied errors, unauthorised content or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having lawful jurisdiction in Buldhana, Maharashtra, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
